Mark Bisnow
is founder of Bisnow on Business, Inc., which publishes e-newsletters
featuring interviews with thought leaders in the industries of
Washington, DC: the CIO Weekly, CEO Weekly, General Counsel Weekly,
PolicyWonk Weekly, and Don't Lose All Your Money Weekly, with many more
planned. He is also host of "Bisnow on Business" daily radio segments on
Fox News 1160 radio, and a columnist for the Washington Business
Journal. Since
1997, he has interviewed over 600 top business and political leaders
and his Bisnow on Business radio profiles have aired many thousands of
times on six of the region's radio stations. He has headed worldwide
marketing at webMethods, Inc. and communications and business
development at MicroStrategy, Inc.; and served as General Counsel at
Atlantic Coast Airlines, as Counsel to Senate Majority Leader Bob Dole,
Communications Director of the Congressional Joint Economic Committee,
and Press Secretary to 1980 presidential candidate John B. Anderson. He
has served as Chairman of the Washington Business Hall of Fame; Chairman
of the American Heart Association's Washington area dinner; Vice
Chairman of the Potomac Officers Club; a Trustee of the National
Building Museum; and on the advisory boards of the Tower Club, George
Washington University, and Cyveillance, Inc. He received his BA and MA
from Stanford University and JD from Harvard Law School, is the author
of two books on politics, and is originally from Los Angeles.
