The
diverse career of legendary guitarist J. Geils seems
to know no bounds. After 20 years as title guitarist
of the party rock “J. Geils Band.” The Boston-based
trio released two CD's that paid homage to the roots
of rock: classic blues and jazz, and toured extensively
with B.B. King. A pioneer in jazz education and
performance on the internet, Geils brought the “J.
Geils Jazz Quartet” to the first live concert web
cast in October 00. |
Gonzo's

As
the the band likes to say: "We've been playing
other people's music since 1996." Gonzo's is a
dedicated party band playing throughout Virginia,
Washington, DC, and Maryland, and the've traveled
as far as Eastern Europe for the USO. Most notably
for us is they are dot com survivors (and favorite)
from the 2001 Presidential eNaugural.com Ball.
